for Western/WTC Students:

You must add two zeros prior to your Student ID (E.g.; 001234567)

Once you have entered the information below, click "Continue". An email will be sent to you with an Access Key. This can take a few minutes, remember to check your spam/junk folder.

On the next screen, you will be asked to enter this Access Key (copy and paste if you are able) in order to activate your MyHealth account. This Key will expire in 20 minutes from receiving it. If after 20 minutes, start this process over.
